How to Style Culottes

I just returned from a life changing trip in California! I spent about 8 days frolicking around in the perfect weather the state had to offer. We went shopping, climbed some cliffs hung out with some seals and much more. Check out my Instagram to see some pictures from the trip!
I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear these really great culottes from ZARA (my fav store). California seemed like the best place to show them off! Culottes are not mom pants as they used to be in early 80's they are now a chic staple item for any summer wardrobe. I wore these as we were exploring some boutiques in L.A.
I had a hard time figuring out what to wear with them as they are such a bold pattern. So I wanted to keep it simple with a neutral deep blue tank top with lace detailing. Lastly, I added a pair of brown lace up sandals to finish the look.
These pants were great to walk around all day in! I was never hot because of the breathable fabric.
